Worker's Compensation Employer Taxes not calculating

We've been having a problem with Worker's Compensation Employer Taxes not calculating on certain employees, and we get the following message on the Payroll Message Report: 'There is no WC rate for this employee.' We've checked the setup of the job codes and the associated WC rates, and everything appears to be set up correctly. We don't think it's a set-up issue, though, because it's working for the majority of our employees. We are unable, however, to see a common thread between the employees it's not working for. I've had a TAR logged with Oracle since March, and they are reluctant to help us because they think it's data corruption.

Any thoughts on this???

Workers Compensation Link

Subject: [orahrms-l] Workers Compensation Link

I recently had Oracle Support tell me that my workers compensation could only have one link and must be done to all payrolls. I know I have seen it linked to more than one payroll. I am wondering if anyone else out there has multiple links on workers compensation and not having an issue when they try to change a location?

I appreciate any feedback you may have.
