Mapping GL to OFA-Duplicate Segments

Subject: GL - Duplicate Segments
I am working on mapping GL to OFA, which requires sort order for all
the segments of GL. This is Govt. Financials. 10.7 SC installed on
OS/390 and Server is IBM RS/600 AIX 4.2.
we are having 7 segments in the AC Flexfield. Additionally we have 5
Reporting Attributes attached to the second segment. Thus 12 segments
need to be mapped to OFA.
But FND_ID_FLEX_SEGMENTS is having 19 segments pertaining to GL, out of
which 7 are duplicates due to which I am unable to save my work.
Now my problem is to get rid of the duplicates. Can some one help me in
this regard.

Autoamting the GL - OFA Link

I would like to automate the process for extracting data from GL (on a Unix
machine) and importing it into Oracle Financial Analyzer which is on an NT
machine. This will involve running the standard concurrent programmes to
perform the extract, FTPing the output files to OFA, and then executing the
OFA process.
I would be interested to hear if and how others have automated this
process, and whether it is initiated from Oracle Financials, or from Oracle
Financial Analyzer.
