Project Security Extension View Labor

Subject: PA:Project Security Extension View Labor
Hi All-
Does anyone have any experience with the Project Security Extension
specifically with role types viewing labor costs? We have project key
members setup so they should NOT be able to view labor costs but they are
still able to do so through PSI and GMS budgeting screens.
Our environment follows:
10.7 SC running GL/AP/PO/PA/GMS
User is on under a responsibilty that has PA: Cross Project Responsibility
profile set to NO
User is a key member on the project they are viewing
User is assigned a project role type that does NOT have View Labor Costs
checkbox checked
From what we have read, this scenerio should not allow the key member to
view project labor costs but they are still able to do so.
Has anyone seen this problem and what have you done to resolve it? Your
help is appreciated!

Mary,
This is a bug that we've logged with Oracle. I believe that it's being
investigated by both GM and PA teams. I do have some experience with the
project security extension but I don't believe the security extension is
designed for the purpose you mention. Feel free to e-mail directly if you
want to discuss further.
